The occasional party animal
You don't feel an urge to go to every big party, but once you are there you give it your all. You think it's delicious to let yourself go all hell bent for leather occasionally, but not necessarily every weekend. A quiet evening in a café or a friendly cocktail evening with girlfriends is also your idea of fun.

Your ideal New Year's Eve: Start calmly with a wellness treatment in the afternoon or just invite a couple of girlfriends round and take over your bathroom for a cure with delicious products to pamper you. Then it's time for an aperitif at home followed by a fabulous meal in your favourite restaurant. Choose a corner where the tables can be pushed to one side after the meal for a late night party.

The hedonist
Going out until the early hours is not really for you. You prefer a nice evening out like going to the cinema or a nice dinner in a good restaurant. End-of-year parties are an occasion for you to be together with family and to chat with your best friends over a good glass of wine.

Your ideal New Year's Eve: Invite some friends or family round and prepare an exuberant meal. Start with a 'tasting' of the wines and test the dishes. Decorate the house and make sure you have the appropriate music during the whole meal.

Party animal through and through
Party is your middle name. You have the constant fear that you won't have enough time to get to all the hippest parties. On Monday you are already making wild plans for the weekend, and you have no problem attending all the after-parties and the after-after-parties. You don't just party like mad, you are also a popular guest.

Your ideal New Year's Eve: You will have had your ticket for the best party in town for a while. You'll spend most of your time pleased as punch in a trendy club where a select group of people come to get their kicks.
