Op zaterdag 18 februari zal Wijnegem Shopping Center maar liefst 340 winkels tellen! 100 mini-ondernemingen zullen onze 240 vaste winkels aanvullen. Deze mini-ondernemingen zijn opgericht door laatstejaarsstudenten in het kader van hun opleiding.

Op zaterdag 4 februari zingt de cast van de musical "Domino" in Wijnegem Shopping Center hun mooiste liedjes:Deborah De Ridder, Alexander Metselaar en Marc Tijsmans treden op om 11u, 14u en 17u. Iedereen is welkom en alle aanwezigen maken kans op duotickets voor de musical. |

Sinterklaas will ride around in Wijnegem Shopping Center with horse and carriage on Wednesday, November 30 (14h-17h30), Friday, December 2 (15h-19h30) and on Saturday, December 3 (11 am - 5:30 p.m.).He will make a stop at the clock court, where he will reward all the good children with a bag of sweets. |

The Flair Shopping Day will take place this year on Sunday 16th of October. All readers of Flair will be able to enjoy lots of extras, great stands, fashion shows, performances, etc. In the Central court we will be building a big stage where shows and performances will be held throughout the day. Readers of Flair will be pampered at the many different stands dotted around the shopping centre. |

Last Saturday, Wijnegem Shopping Center captured a place of honor in the Guinness World Records book. We built a catwalk of 2,292 meters long, a lot longer than the current record!

10/09/2011 - 08/10/2011 “THE LONGEST CATWALK” GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT
Before long history will once again be made in Wijnegem Shopping Center, and please feel free to interpret that statement literally! If all goes to plan we will soon receive a place of honour in the Guinness Book of World Records.At 11 am on Saturday 8 October Wijnegem Shopping Center will be attempting to break the world record for the ‘longest catwalk’. In order to achieve this we are constructing a 2,120 metre long catwalk - just a little bit longer than the current record - in and around the shopping center. Around 11 am a fashion show will be held on this gigantic catwalk and this is where (with any luck!) the world record will be broken. Els Tibau is taking care of the presentation, but naturally we expect you to provide the atmosphere! We want you on the catwalk! Do you too want to sashay down the “longest catwalk in the world”? Then hurry on down to Wijnegem Shopping Center on Saturday 8 October! At 12:30 pm there will be a “visitors’ fashion show” in which everyone gets a chance to show us what they’ve got! Maybe you too will be discovered by the modelling agency “Models with an Attitude” or even by Flair; they are both sending out a talent scout on Saturday! But first the record needs to be broken! We are counting on your presence!
